The Knot Michigan

For anyone who has or is planning their wedding (or is just a little wedding obsessed like myself) knows that theknot.com is one of the best planning resources as well as one of the most reputable in the United States. I used theknot.com 4 years ago when planning my own wedding.

Today, I received an e-mail from the lovely Rebecca letting me know that one of my past brides had submitted her "Real Wedding Story" to The Knot for publication in The Knot Michigan Magazine. Well because she is obviously a gorgeous gal and had an amazing wedding she was chosen as the featured story for the 2008 Spring/Summer edition due out this fall. Congrats Amie!

For me, this means getting published! Never in a million years would I have dreamed of having my pictures in The Knot Michigan but it is happening. I could not be more shocked and thrilled all at the same time!!! This is only something that you dream of happening maybe 5 if not 10 years down your career. This is a huge accomplishment for me and my business and I would like to thank Amie for submitting her story and I would like to thank her and Aaron (her new hubby!) for being so darn cute together. I also want to thank the 17 other individuals in her wedding party who made my job so fun that day!

Look for The Knot Michigan 2008 Spring/Summer edition to hit news stands this Fall. I'll also post a link to an expandable view of the magazine when it appears in digital form online this fall.
