I love what I do!

So over the past 2 1/2 years I have fufilled every dream that I ever had for myself. I always knew that I wanted to be my own boss and I always knew I was creative but I never could have imagined a business that I created on my own taking off so well! I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for helping make my dreams come true. I am truly blessed!

I just wanted to take a post to share some of the kind words that I have received over the years.
Yes, I do appreciate all the comments I receive and even save them!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much! You did such a wonderful job all day. My family has so many great things to say about you and your assistant. I can't remember her name, sorry! You got right in there and made yourself at home, didn't make me feel like I had to entertain you, which is always my biggest fear! You reminded me of someone I would hang out with, rather than an "annoying" photographer, as I'd heard so many brides say. My dad even commented on how you took so many pictures, many of which we didn't even know you were taking! I know I haven't seen the photos yet, but I know that they will be beautiful! Adam and I have talked about using you for family photos in the future. And like I said, I have a cousin that cannot wait to see your photos as she may use you for her wedding next year! I just looked at our wedding pictures, and I wanted to tell you right away how thrilled I am! They are so beautiful (and silly, and sweet). I called Brian right away to tell him that they were finished, and I can't wait for his response. You did such a great job of capturing our day!

Also, Brian just got me onto MySpace, and we were playing around and found your page, and you wouldn't believe my suprise when I saw that you grew up in South Haven! My mom (and her 4 siblings) were born and raised there! My grandma and both my uncles still live there, and my aunt from Missouri has a second home there...there were LOTS of South Haven folk at my wedding! We're Ollgaards, my grandpa actually used to own McDonald Drugs downtown. My mom, of course, wants to know who your family is, since she might know them. Anyway, just thought that was odd/interesting. I guess you were meant to be our photographer!

Hello, my name is Mandy and I am Erin's cousins wife from Tennessee. I was at their wedding and I just viewed your photos and I would like to say what a GREAT job you did. I mainly photograph children, couples and seniors. I have done three weddings but it is just soooo much work. I seriously doubt I will do any more. I have researched so many wedding photographers looking for ideas and I have to say that some of your images are very unique. I love the one where Erin is pointing her bouquet at you. I just love all the pictures. I just can't make up my mind what I want to buy! BTW...I didn't realize how dorky I look behind the camera! LOL

We cannot even express the gratitude for everything you did, especially when it came to tolerating my Dad and Bro-in-law who kept getting in your way and interfering (they think they are the best photographers in the world! Haha!!). I especially want to say thank you for happening to have bobby pins when I asked...it may sound silly, but to me that really shows what kind of professional you are- it's not just about the pictures or the money- you're truly there for your client's best interests and actually care about them and their event.

Jill, I loved the pictures you captured things that I wanted you too, I liked the things like the cello, and the nest etc, Becky had fun looking at them today at work too.
