One more thank you...

As I reflected over last year I just wanted to once again thank everyone I worked with. 2008 was probably the busiest year in my life. My husband lost his job the week before Christmas 2007 and I felt it my duty to really work hard in 2008 because you never know when one will find a job again. He did find a "job" in March and worked it for a few months before finding an absolutely wonderful job that we are so fortunate for now.

But leading up to that point I really took on a lot. Not only did I photograph 31 weddings last year but I also photographed over 75 children, 27 engagements, 20 families, 4 big events, and 18 other sessions. You also factor in all the editing and album designs for these sessions and throw in watching our baby everyday, thousands of loads of laundry and dishes and you have a pretty crazy year!
I have to say that I have the best clients. I never once heard a complaint from anyone. Everyone was very patient and understanding. I have to say how blessed and thankful I am for that. Otherwise I think I might have gone over the deep end, haha.
So THANK YOU clients for being patient with me. THANK YOU for all your kind words and support in 2008 as well.

I am taking a lot less weddings this year so I can have a more relaxing year with family. We may even take a trip to New York!

And now to leave you with a picture of my Natalie opening up some books on Christmas Eve after church:

And this is Natalie's Countdown house that her Great Aunt Laurie made for her. She's so crafty! We put little organic graham cookies in it this year. We may do fun clues or something like that when she gets older:
