Julie and Jeff 11.24.07

Oh My Gosh. I am such a dummy. I forgot to post ANOTHER wedding. Not only did I forget but I screwed up the date on the last one I missed. I guess that's what happens when you run your own business, are a new mom and still have to clean your house and cook dinner for your hubby. Okay enough excuses. This was not a wedding to be missed. Julie and Jeff were actually married before but this was their "formal" wedding for their friends and family. I had such a blast. Here they are guys-my faves. I'm going to shut up now and let the rest of the pictures and commentary speak for themselves!

I love when brides take photos at their own wedding. That way they can look back and say "this is how I saw it from my point of view."

I really tried to capture the look and feel you would get from like the 1940's with the military man and his beautiful new wife.
I think this one looks like a picture you would find if you went into your grandma's attic and pulled out her old wedding photos:

I LOVED the feather in a bottle centerpieces.

This kid was great...

...he ran and slide on the floor 75% of the night!
As soon as I took this I had to show their surrounding friends. This is an "in the moment" shot. Meaning...she took a Irish Car Bomb shot and if you have ever had one of these you know that if you don't drink it fast enough it gets chunky...eeewwww.

I just loved them! Julie reminded me so much of a girl I went to high school with that was just as cool as they get. She was friends with everyone and her awesomeness (is this a word? haha) just came natural.

There were some great dancers at this wedding...

...especially this guy who was doing the sprinkler in this shot but knew all the moves to "Thriller" and many others. I thoroughly enjoyed watching him dance all night!
